John Zuccarini founded For Sale Real Estate Information in 1995 after a very long and successful career. He started to pursue real estate in 1977 and quickly became respected as one of the best. His industry knowledge and reputation for being a true gentlemen propelled him to be considered one of the top 10 realtors in Canada. He then began working as a team with his wife Frances and eventually moved into management. John truly loved being a mentor and managing people. It gave him the opportunity to share his passion and knowledge with hundreds of young salespeople that were eager to learn. He was also an innovator and early adopter of technology, embracing computers before they became mainstream. He even supplied computers to his staff so they could too. Not surprisingly, he promptly earned his team’s respect and admiration and won manager of the year. Feeling that he had fulfilled his career as a sales manager he was ready to move on to his next big challenge. Leveraging all of his knowledge and experience, he started his own brokerage, now 416 For Sale. A family brokerage that embodied all of the qualities that made him so successful. Sadly, John was diagnosed with non Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2004 and passed away after a courageous battle in 2012. He is sorely missed but his legacy lives on in the spirit of the 416 For Sale family.
Frances Zuccarini, wife of founder John Zuccarini, joined her husband as a licensed realtor in 1978. Born and raised in Toronto, Frances has always kept her finger on the pulse of the Toronto Real Estate Market and particularly her beloved Etobicoke. Her specialty is clients with listings in the West end, however she caters to a variety of clientele; from first-time home buyers, to those upgrading to luxury condos or estate homes. Her clients include professional athletes, business professionals and even the past president of the Home Builders Association. Frances has always been a high-achiever, constantly pushing herself to grow as both a realtor and as a person. She genuinely cares for her clients and always ensures she is putting their needs first. This earned her a great deal of loyalty and respect, which has led to the bulk of her business being repeat clients or referrals. She is a broker, member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) and a bilingual Italian. All wonderful accomplishments, but what is truly near and dear to her heart is her family. Happily married to her late husband John for over 37 years, they were a dynamic team both at home and in real estate. During his battle with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, she selflessly took care of him and stood by his side. She is now a proud supporter of the Lymphoma Foundation of Canada and committed to keeping John’s dream alive with the support of her daughter Diana* and son Matthew. Frances has a zest for life and loves her work, clients and travelling. However, she proudly admits that her greatest accomplishment in life has been her children, and now grandchildren (John-Aiden, 4 and Jordan, 2)!
Diana Quinn*, daughter of John and Frances Zuccarini, proudly followed in her parents footsteps becoming a licenced realtor over 10 years ago. Embodying her parents integrity and winning spirit, she has always been committed to her clients and putting their best interests first. With this approach, she began to blaze her own trail and find her niche. She is truly passionate about all aspects of real estate; from architecture, to pre-construction, to resale. However, she quickly found her calling, specializing in pre-construction and residential real estate in the GTA. She thrived in this challenging and stimulating environment, which is the perfect fit for her adventurous spirit. As her career progressed, she advanced into various management roles for builders such as Minto. Becoming a manager further solidified her understanding of all aspects of the sales process and real estate markets. It allowed her to leverage her talents to plan, organize and lead by example, inspiring her team in the process. Now she has her own little team at home to inspire, as a loving mother to two boys, John-Aiden (4) and Jordan (2). As a wife, mother and real estate professional, Diana* always puts her heart into what she does and it shows.
Matthew Zuccarini, son of John and Frances Zuccarini, started his career in sales in 2006 and quickly became one of the best. Born in Toronto, and living and serving the Vaughan area for over 8 years, he’s been able to tap into the market and develop a unique understanding of what clients need. His philosophy and approach is similar to the rest of the family. Working tirelessly for clients to achieve their goals in the most straightforward, professional and honest way possible. Matthew prides himself on being approachable and easy to talk to. He understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful, so his goal is educate his clients throughout the process and put them at ease. This has earned him the trust and respect of many and resulted in loyal lifelong customers. Matthew deals with all types of residential real estate including; houses, condos, investment properties and vacant land for both buyers and sellers. However, he has been consistently successful at selling homes, winning top listing agent twice in 2013. Much of this is due to the modern marketing techniques he leverages for all of his clients. Unlike most realtors, he is incredibly tech savvy and builds a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to fit each client’s unique needs. This allows him to drive maximum exposure and generate more interest in his client’s listings. He is also an open house guru, just visit one and you’ll see!
